Conformance status

Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Limitations and alternatives

There are certain third-party integrations that are essential to Homes of Prestige’s operation of this website that Homes of Prestige has no ability to edit. These integrations include the IDX solutions service that allows for Multiple Listing Service (MLS) properties to display and the NextGen / Imagely.com services that allow image galleries of properties to be served.

Through its webmaster agent, Homes of Prestige has contacted integration service providers and pursued and requested accessibility or the ability to edit from each but has not been able to reach a full accessibility resolution for these services.

As Homes of Prestige does not have the resources or capacity to recreate the services offered and the services are essential to the operation of folsomhomesofprestige.com, Homes of Prestige believes that subsections (iii) under Sec. 12182(b)(2)(A) of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provide for relief:

(iii) unless the entity can demonstrate that taking such steps would fundamentally alter the nature of the good, service, facility, privilege, advantage, or accommodation being offered or would result in an undue burden

Homes of Prestige will pursue improvements in accessibility of third-party integrations as they become available and/or known to Homes of Prestige.
